Designed, built, and deployed an enterprise Trademark Portfolio Management System from the ground up. Served as project lead, system architect, change management lead, and trainer. The system centralized the full trademark lifecycle — from clearance through registration and renewal — on a SharePoint interface with live integrations to SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI.
An API connection to SAP manufacturing data enabled real commercial performance tracking to determine trademark asset value. Power BI dashboards gave executives real-time visibility into portfolio performance and identified underperforming assets for data-driven decisions on maintenance, renewal, or abandonment.
